What do you like most?
The implementation and ease of use. These reasons were why we chose Talentsoft in the end and they really delivered on both points.

As I wrote earlier, user-friendliness is crucial for the utilisation of an HR system. This applies to administrators, managers and employees alike. Now we have an HR system that is actually used

What do you like most?
We had a solid requirement specification when we sourced HR systems. We were recommended by Systemguiden to talk to Cegid, among others, and they impressed us the most, so we went ahead with them. What I like most is that they delivered on all points they promised they would.
What do you like least?
To achieve everything we wanted to do, a number of integrations with other systems were required, which was an extensive project in itself. Not Cegid's fault, but if I had to pick my least favourite part of the process, it would be that.

The system became very similar to our vision.

What do you like most?
Overall, I am very happy with Talentsoft and highly recommend the system. It was a positive implementation process which was surprising.
What do you like least?
To make the system work optimally, it needs to be integrated with many other systems and this has been cumbersome. Not because of Talentsoft though.

Now we finally have a good handle on everything we need when it comes to our employee base
