What do you like most?

The interface is attractive and user-friendly. It’s great to be able to bring together lots of HR processes in a single system; for example, we can easily link our Performance Review to our Compensation Review.

What do you like least?

I’d like to see an organisational chart based on roles rather than on individuals or functions, so that I can see all the positions within the organisation.

What problems do you feel HiBob solves?

Employee data quality: we’ve managed to bring all employment-related information together in a single system.

What do you like most?

HiBob is refreshingly user-friendly and the perfect solution for small, growing companies. But it is also perfect for larger organizations - the simplicity and clarity take a lot of the pain away.

What do you like least?

Yet to find something that displeases me!

What problems do you feel Bob solves?

Greatly helps with employee engagement - a tool that is easy to use, makes sense and has a playfulness in tone which sets it apart from other HR tools.

What do you like most?

HiBob provides a modern and intuitive platform that makes People processes much more transparent and efficient. I really value the clean design, easy navigation, and how quickly leaders and employees can find the information they need. The ability to customize workflows, reports, and fields to fit our organization’s needs has also been a big plus.

What do you like least?

Some areas still feel a bit limited when it comes to customization and reporting. I’d love to see more flexible dashboards and automations, and deeper integration possibilities with tools like Jira to make HiBob even more embedded in our daily operations.

What problems do you feel Bob solves?

HiBob centralizes all our People & Culture processes across multiple countries, ensuring consistency, compliance, and transparency. It’s become our single source of truth for employee data, performance, and engagement. By integrating with Outlook and Clockify, it’s also helped us connect time tracking, scheduling, and people management — saving time and improving alignment across teams.
