What do you like most?
Att vi kan digitalisera får HR-processer och att det inte är komplicerat att använda. Vi har alltfrån onboarding till e-sginering och performance modulen med Personio och är väldigt nöjda.
What do you like least?
Performance modulen är inte helt utvecklat ännu men det finns stor potential.
What business-critical problems do you feel Personio solves?
DATEV exporten är riktigt bra för våra skattekonton. Tidrapporteringen via appen är mycket uppskattat våra medarbetare.
