What do you like most?
It is simple and has most of the "must-haves", the system evolves relatively quickly with new features and modules.
What do you like least?
Parts of the system are not flexible enough when it comes to absence management, organisational structure and the onboarding workflow.

What do you like most?
The ease of use. It is a modern and very good HR system.
What do you like least?
A bit too limited in customisation possibilities. We have not been able to directly transfer some of our processes to Personio.

The entire employee journey from recruitment to termination is managed via Personio, which is great!

What do you like most?
That we can digitise HR processes and that it is not complicated to use. We have everything from onboarding to e-sginning and the performance module with Personio and are very happy.
What do you like least?
The performance module is not fully developed yet but there is great potential.
What business-critical problems do you feel Personio solves?
DATEV export is really good for our tax accounts. The time reporting via the app is much appreciated by our employees.
