User-friendly and stylish design, easy to navigate around. Useful modules.
What do you like least?
Lagging behind in adapting to country-specific needs. They did not have a good way to manage saved holidays and overtime and they were found to be behind in compliance. A lot of administrative time was needed because of this.

What do you like most?
It is simple and has most of the "must-haves", the system evolves relatively quickly with new features and modules.

Parts of the system are not flexible enough when it comes to absence management, organisational structure and the onboarding workflow.

The ease of use. It is a modern and very good HR system.
What do you like least?
A bit too limited in customisation possibilities. We have not been able to directly transfer some of our processes to Personio.
