Pros

A lot of inbuilt functionality. System support is knowledgeable, responsive, understands the business and is available.
High level of service and professionalism of the supplier
The supplier’s availability and guidance. We don’t have to go through a slow support process just to speak to a consultant who knows our business and can help. The many possibilities offered by Business Central.
