Reviews

Pros

The flexibility of the tool
Creatio impresses as a modern CRM and no-code platform because customer processes can be quickly modelled, adapted and integrated without being forced into rigid standard software logics.

Cons

Creatio is not yet as well known as its competitors in the DACH region
Creatio is very powerful, but requires a clean functional and technical concept for more demanding scenarios. Companies should therefore consider the platform not just as a ready-made standard CRM, but as a configurable business platform. For smaller organisations or very simple CRM requirements, the range of functions may initially appear somewhat extensive. In addition, experienced implementation support is advisable for complex integrations and data models.
