Why do companies choose you?

Why choose your system?

One system instead of three. Most consulting firms run CRM, CV tools and resource planning in separate systems. Cinode brings them together, so sales, consultant managers and leadership work from the same data.

Built for the consulting business. Cinode is not a generic project tool adapted for consultancies. Everything is built around how consulting firms actually make money: the right consultant, on the right assignment, at the right time.

Staffing connected to sales. Because pipeline and resource planning live in the same system, you see which consultants are needed for deals that are not yet won. That reduces bench time and lost deals.

Ready for AI. AI agents and MCP let you work with Cinode from the AI tools you already use.

Why choose you as a supplier?

Consulting is all Cinode does. Since 2010, Cinode has built exclusively for consulting firms. It shows in the product, in the support and in the advice.

Close to the industry. Cinode is behind Konsultpodden, Sweden’s largest podcast about the consulting industry, the weekly digest Veckans konsultnyheter and Konsultkollen, an annual review of how Nordic consulting firms perform. That industry knowledge flows straight back into the product.

A European supplier. Cinode is headquartered in Stockholm and serves consulting firms across the Nordics and Europe, with English speaking support and customer success managers who understand the consulting business.

Secure data handling. ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant and data stored in the EU.

How do you position yourself in the market?

Cinode positions itself as the unified system for consulting firms that want to run sales, skills and resource planning from one place. The target group is IT consultancies, engineering consultancies and management consultancies with 50 to 5,000 employees. Unlike generic CRM and project tools, Cinode is built around the logic of the consulting business: consultants, assignments, utilisation and margin. With a strong base in the Nordics, Cinode is now growing across Europe, including the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.

What needs and challenges do you solve for the customer?

Low or uneven utilisation. Cinode shows which consultants become available and when, so new assignments can be sold in time.

Hard to find the right consultant. Matching on skills and availability means the right person is found in minutes instead of hours.

Staffing comes too late in the sales process. With pipeline and resource planning in the same system, staffing is planned before the deal is won.

Scattered information. CVs, skills, customer data and planning live in one place instead of in spreadsheets, email and separate systems.

Dependence on subcontractors. Partners and subcontractors are planned and matched in the same view as your own employees.

Pros

The combination of skills, CRM and forecasting in a single tool
I like the fact that Cinode is a specialised CRM for consultancy firms. I also love that they’re quick to roll out new features, such as the MCP server. With its help, we’ve been able to automate large parts of our business.

Cons

That it is a bit tricky to make forecasts on a financial year basis
Guit can involve quite a few clicks. But you get the hang of it.
