What do you like most?

When enough users express a need, it is implemented in the system – in other words, Quinyx is driven by its users! It is a logical programme that collects an incredible amount of data, which can be used to generate reports and follow-ups. It is certainly possible to configure many custom settings that are unique not only to each employee but also to each contract template and, ultimately, to specific parts of the entire organisation. Trade union agreement rules are automatically reflected in the scheduling, and you can also control whether you want this to trigger a warning or create a block so that the rule cannot be breached. Furthermore, different trade union agreements can be applied across different units.

What do you like least?

As there are so many layers and settings, it can sometimes be difficult to navigate. When you make changes (e.g. to a contract template), it is not possible to set a start date for these; instead, the changes apply retroactively, which means you have to create new contract templates if, for example, you change the calculation period.

What business-critical problems do you feel Quinyx solves?

Flexible scheduling using a base timetable allows you to monitor both staffing levels and hours worked, and to view actual costs in real time if payroll data is recorded in the system. Their support team has become very efficient and resolves any problems or queries quickly and smoothly!

What do you like most?

Quinyx is a WFM system that can be tailored to your specific business and collective agreement. It is a flexible system where you decide for yourself how detailed or general you want the timetable to be. It is user-friendly and does not require any prior specialist knowledge.

What do you like least?

Sometimes, faults that only affect individual customers can be resolved more quickly.

What business-critical problems do you feel Quinyx solves?

We can schedule at different ‘levels’. In other words, some people in the company need to schedule with precision, whilst others may require a more general approach to scheduling. The scheduling system is easy to navigate and helps managers and leaders to quickly get an overview of what the day, week and month look like based on the plan.

What do you like most?

User-friendly, web-based, app, good overview, good search function, logical and a big plus that there is a lot of focus on development.

What do you like least?

Difficult to set up flexible frameworks for civil servants
