What do you like most?

Coming from Qualio, the biggest relief is that I no longer feel like I’m working in a vacuum. Qualio is fine for basic document storage, but it drove me crazy how "siloed" everything was. You basically have to open every single file just to see who approved what or where a revision stands. qmsWrapper is a different beast entirely. The transparency is miles ahead,I can actually see my team's progress without constantly nag people for updates. But the real standout is the new Wrapper Mapper. Using AI for change impact analysis is the first time I've seen technology actually solve the headache of "if I change this, what else breaks?"

Because qmsWrapper is much more comprehensive, the initial interface can feel a bit busy.

What business-critical problems do you feel qmsWrapper solves?

The main problem it solved was the lack of real-time oversight. In our previous setup, I had no way of seeing bottlenecks until they were already causing delays. qmsWrapper gives me a bird's-eye view of all tasks and quality processes in one place. Another huge win is how it handles compliance gaps. Most systems leave it up to you to remember to update a risk assessment when a project changes. The AI in the Wrapper Mapper catches those disconnects for us. It has basically automated the most tedious parts of impact analysis. We've gone from being reactive and worried about what we missed, to being completely on top of our compliance footprint without the manual grind.
