Flatpay is used to manage orders and process payments.

You manage your account through a browser-based dashboard, and you can log in to your customer portal using your email address and password. At the point of sale, you use a Flatpay payment terminal that allows you, as a merchant, to easily select the amount, while the customer can pay directly by card. Sales and payment data are automatically synchronised and visible in your customer portal. You can also add multiple users and download your reports directly from your portal.

With Flatpay, you can easily accept and manage payments while keeping all your transactions in one place. You receive payouts directly to your business account every business day. Through the customer portal, you gain real-time insights into your revenue, time periods, and payment methods.

Flatpay offers personalised pricing with no monthly subscription and no hidden fees. Merchants only pay a fixed and transparent rate per transaction, capped at 1.49% for our terminal-only offers and 1.69% for our all-in-one solutions. The payment terminal is free of charge, while our POS Pro is priced at £1,495 and our POS Premium at £2,495.
