What do you like most?

What I like best about Eurekos is that the platform is intuitive, flexible and easy to use. It’s easy to organise and manage courses, and the solution can be tailored to our needs. We also find that there’s always a solution to the challenges we face. The platform is constantly being developed with new features that support our needs, and we’re often pleasantly surprised by just how much it can handle. When we need help, the support is excellent, and if a feature isn’t already available, it’s always been possible to find or develop a solution. As a result, our experience of the platform has been extremely positive.

What do you like least?

We haven’t experienced anything we particularly disliked. There have been a few language-related challenges, but all issues and support enquiries have been dealt with and resolved satisfactorily. Whenever there has been a miscommunication, the team has been solution-oriented, asked good follow-up questions and contributed their experience. As a result, we have always achieved the outcome we wanted.

What business-critical problems do you feel Eurekos solves?

Eurekos has enabled us to offer recertification courses to a large number of users, with between 10,000 and 50,000 participants annually. The platform has also helped us to bring all our e-learning courses together in one place, so that we can easily manage and deliver course content to our customers.

What do you like most?

I truly appreciate Eurekos for its user-friendly interface, excellent support team, and high level of flexibility and customization. The multimedia integration is seamless, allowing for easy embedding of videos, text, quizzes, and external content. The platform supports both blended and self-paced courses, making it adaptable for various training needs. The price point is very competitive, and the authoring tools and branding options are robust. Eurekos enabled us to reach a much wider audience and pivot quickly during the COVID pandemic, saving our projects

What do you like least?

The only area for improvement I see is in streamlining some administrative tasks, particularly linking courses with event calendars and course series. This part of the system could be made more intuitive, as it sometimes requires a bit of training or technical setup to understand the logic. While customization is possible, it may require some technical skills, especially for more advanced adjustments.

What business-critical problems do you feel Eurekos solves?

Eurekos provided my organization with a user-friendly platform that allowed us to organize teaching and training activities in multiple countries in various training settings, often in low-income contexts and with poor connectivity. This allowed us to drastically increase the reach of our training programmes.

What do you like most?

I really appreciate the architecture of Eurekos, especially how all media are available across sites, creating one source of truth. The platform's flexibility in learning design, external training, and its integration options have been invaluable. The support and collaboration with the Eurekos team have also been outstanding.

What do you like least?

The layout customization could be more intuitive, especially for matching our own branding more easily. Some of my colleagues found the platform less intuitive at first, and the graphical designers had some issues with customization. Also, Eurekos is a bit more expensive than some competitors.

What business-critical problems do you feel Eurekos solves?

Eurekos helped us create a scalable platform that lets us deliver training and learning paths to our customers in an easy, customizable way. We can offer standard courses, but we can also quickly mix and match modules from different courses to tailor learning paths to each customer’s needs.
