What do you like most?

What I appreciate most about Eurekos is how easy and intuitive it is to use. As a one-person learning and development function for many years, I needed a platform that would help me work efficiently rather than create additional administrative work. With Eurekos, I can quickly build courses, create learning paths based on roles and interests, upload assets, and manage onboarding programs with minimal effort. The platform is intuitive, making it easy to find and use the features I need, customize learning experiences, and access reports without friction. Most importantly, Eurekos helps me get my job done effectively without the platform becoming a job in itself.

What do you like least?

I honestly have not found anything significant to dislike about Eurekos. One area I would be interested in exploring further is deeper integration between AI capabilities and our own products. However, this is more of a potential enhancement than a limitation, as I have not actively pursued the requirement or investigated what is possible with the platform. Overall, I have not encountered any major challenges or shortcomings in my experience using Eurekos.

What problems do you feel Eurekos solves?

Eurekos helps us solve the critical challenge of onboarding clients and partners efficiently and consistently. It provides a smooth, automated learning experience that helps users explore and understand our products while building the foundational knowledge they need before implementing projects. The platform enables us to recommend relevant resources, organize learning content based on specific interests and goals, and tailor learning paths to different audiences. This ensures that clients receive the right information at the right time, making onboarding more scalable, personalized, and effective.

What do you like most?

What I like best is that the platform is very clear and intuitive to navigate. Both I myself and the users I have spoken to find it logical and easy to understand. I also really appreciate the many options for creating varied and interactive content, which makes it easier for me, as a tutor, to engage users and keep the lessons interesting.

What do you like least?

What I’m least happy about is that, as a tutor, it can take a bit of time to get back into the swing of things when you don’t use the platform every day. Because I use it more sporadically, I sometimes need to refresh my memory on the course creation process and get back into the swing of things. However, this isn’t a major problem, but more a question of frequent use and getting used to it.

What problems do you feel Eurekos solves?

Eurekos helps us bring all course content together on a single shared platform that everyone can access and work on. This ensures that knowledge and materials are not lost if an employee changes role or leaves the organisation. At the same time, the platform creates a more consistent approach to developing courses, as everyone uses the same tools and features. This makes the content more recognisable and easier for users to navigate, whilst also enabling varied and engaging learning content.

What do you like most?

The best thing about Eurekos is that it combines powerful functionality with exceptional simplicity. It is an intuitive, all-in-one platform where users can easily create, deliver, manage and track learning, whilst benefiting from built-in authoring tools, AI-powered support and real-time analytics without needing multiple systems.

What do you like least?

Not particularly. Any challenges were mostly down to the initial learning curve rather than the platform itself. At the start, tasks such as managing folders in the archive and navigating certain statistics felt a bit fiddly, but this became much easier with experience. The main area for improvement would be greater customisation options, particularly for page layouts and visual design, which currently offer somewhat limited flexibility.

What problems do you feel Eurekos solves?

Eurekos helps us tackle the challenge of centralising and sharing knowledge across the organisation. It provides a single platform where all training materials, recordings and learning resources are stored and made available to employees anytime, anywhere. This ensures that knowledge is not lost, supports both online and offline learning, and enables all employees to continuously develop their skills and remain competent in their roles. Furthermore, Eurekos helps bridge training gaps by reducing the need for frequent face-to-face training and travel. Whether the training relates to products, processes or tools, learning can be delivered efficiently and consistently via the platform, making knowledge transfer faster, more scalable and accessible to everyone across the organisation.
