What do you like most?
What I like best about Eurekos is that it’s really easy to create courses. It’s designed in a very educational way and is easy to adapt for both beginners and more advanced learners. It also has lots of great features. Yes, it’s very user-friendly.
What do you like least?
The course creation interface feels a bit limited, and the box-based navigation seems rather rigid. I’d like to see more flexibility there. I’d also like us to be able to interact better with other systems – particularly those not running on Microsoft – so that we can integrate it with the other tools we use and want to work with. At the moment, we don’t use the API.
What business-critical problems do you feel Eurekos solves?
It’s a great way to get customers on board, as an introduction to the system, and they can take courses at their own pace. It’s well suited to businesses that deal extensively with specialist material – that is, content that needs to be learnt – because it’s quite system-based, straightforward and has lots of useful features.

What do you like most?
The authoring tool is in the LMS itself and they are constantly developing the software with new features. The tool is also easily adapted depending on what kind of organisation you are. Flexible, quite simply.
What do you like least?
It would have been great if the entire help centre, i.e. the dictionary you have access to for help with the LMS, had different languages to choose from. So you can read in your native language.
