Cons
Creatio is very powerful, but requires a clean functional and technical concept for more demanding scenarios. Companies should therefore consider the platform not just as a ready-made standard CRM, but as a configurable business platform. For smaller organisations or very simple CRM requirements, the range of functions may initially appear somewhat extensive. In addition, experienced implementation support is advisable for complex integrations and data models.
