What do you like most?

I mostly like how easy Stride makes the whole process. From the first meeting to the launch, we have felt that we are in safe hands, and they have really taken responsibility for us to understand and be able to use Shopify fully.

What do you like least?

There's really nothing I like less - the experience has been smooth from start to finish and everything has worked as expected.

What business-critical problems do you feel Shopify solves?

Shopify helps us bring all our sales together on one stable platform, with good control over products, inventory and order management. This allows us to focus more on sales and customer relationships instead of technology.

What do you like most?

What I appreciate most is the professional and personalised service from Stride. The team is quick to understand our needs and always delivers solutions that work in practice.

What do you like least?

It can sometimes take some time to familiarise yourself with all of Shopify's features, but with Stride's help, we have always received quick guidance and support.

What business-critical problems do you feel Shopify solves?

Shopify enables us to easily scale our e-commerce, keep track of inventory and order flows, and integrate with our other business systems. It saves us both time and money while providing us with a stable platform for continued growth.

What do you like most?

Shopify is really well suited for us who have sales on many platforms and advertise on several social media. The handling of payments is very smooth which has resulted in a measurable increase in sales since we switched to Shopify.

What do you like least?

We have slightly higher transaction fees now compared to our previous solution, but the net effect is still very positive.

What business-critical problems do you feel Shopify solves?

We reach much broader customer groups now compared to before. In addition, the collaboration with Stride is very rewarding because they have experience that we do not have and could guide us very much in the implementation.
