What do you like most?
The advanced search finds documents even by words inside the content. Workflow automations make it easier to approve, assign, and move documents according to the process.
What do you like least?
The initial learning curve can be a bit steep for those coming from traditional systems. Some integrations require technical configuration, and the mobile app could be more fluid.
What business-critical problems do you feel M-Files solves?
Since I started using M-Files, I’ve reduced search times, improved traceability, and centralized information. Now I can work more efficiently and without worrying about duplicate versions. Collaboration between teams has also improved, as we all work on the same documents in a controlled and secure way.

What do you like most?
Enkelt å relatere dokumenter og objekter til hverandre med metadata. Enkelt å legge til nye typer metadata , dokumentklasser og arbeidsflyter. Enkelt å finne dokumenter med metadata-baserte søk. Dokumenter kan konverteres automatisk til PDF med administratorstyrte påstemplinger (versjonsnummer, dato godkjent, etc.) når de er ferdigstilt.
What do you like least?
Ikke mulig å sette separate tilgangsrettigheter for metadata og dokument-innhold. Administrator-verktøy (M-files Admin) kunne vært mer brukervennlig, og noen administrator-funksjoner er ikke tilgjengelig i M-files Cloud. Fritekst-søk fungerer veldig dårlig, gir ofte ingen treff om ikke søkestrengen er helt riktig.

Sikker formell dokumentkontroll, og automatisk versjonshistorikk for både formelle og uformelle dokumenter og filer. Fasiliterer samarbeid om dokumenter (forfatterskap, review og godkjenning) og godkjenning med elektroniske signaturer. Sporing av kontrollerte utskrifter.
