Pros
The ability to handle both virtual and physical cards in multiple currencies is fantastic. As a media buyer working internationally, I appreciate how smoothly the 3DS verification works via the app - it does not stop our purchase flows as many traditional Swedish banks often do.
The ability to issue unlimited virtual cards instantly is the biggest advantage. For a team managing hundreds of ad accounts on Facebook and TikTok, it's critical that each account has a unique card. Wallester's BINs are extremely high-trust, avoiding the common issues of accounts being flagged for "suspicious payment method".
The simplicity. So easy to be able to take a photo of the receipt for the expense and it is read.
Feels like a modern service.
The app reduces administration for both the employee and the finance department.
The integration between bank and Company Expense for corporate cards is a big plus.

Cons
It would be a big boost if there was better support for direct SEPA payments to further facilitate transfers. That's really the only thing missing to make the workflow completely seamless.
The KYC process at onboarding is quite strict and can take some time, but we understand that it is necessary to maintain the quality and safety of the platform.
There are always points for development, e.g. regarding allowances for more than 3 months. More possibilities to restrict/set up different authorisations, both for managers and different administrators
Could increase user-friendliness in the number of "clicks" in the app.
