Intershop is a scalable solution with good performance that suits many customers. It is a solution that is possible to start small and grow with the solution.
Collaboration with Appli, which among other things fixes layout adjustments when needed
PrestaShop is easy to navigate and user-friendly in how you can add and change the content of the page.

Relatively unknown, can sometimes be difficult to find resources on the technology.
In recent years, Intershop has focused on B2B, which to some extent has shifted the focus from B2C where Intershop has previously been very strong.
Haven't worked enough in PrestaShop yet to say anything that is less good.
