Pros

It was surprisingly easy to implement the solution in our organisation. I also really like the goals and assessments modules because of how easy they are to configure and use.
Talentsoft offers powerful tools that really solve our challenges. Everyone involved has also had useful experience working with HR issues. For us, the possibilities in terms of customising the system to our needs have been extremely profitable as well.

It is not easy to access old documents, but this may have to do with how we implemented the features.
Once the system was implemented, getting started was more difficult than I had expected, but after a period of learning it worked out.
