What do you like most?
That functions and flows can be easily customised to our needs. That you can build your own/customise standard reports according to your own needs with only a little knowledge. No client installation needed Possibility to build your own simplified web applications for e.g. stock management, inventory and ordering. The logistics and finance modules work as one unit.
What do you like least?
Some concepts/translations may be difficult to understand at first. Integration with Microsoft Office is unnecessarily complex for our needs.
What business-critical problems do you feel Sage X3 solves?
Control over our flow of products between our different points of sale (sites in Sagex3). Quick and easy ordering and delivery function that can be managed by the above staff. Integration with our cash register systems for direct updating of stock balances and automatic bookkeeping
