The ease of use. It is easy to navigate and simple enough to understand for a first-time user.

What do you like most?
The possibilities the system has for a company and all its departments. I like the saved searches and the reports you can customise. I also like being able to follow all the flows for PO's for example
What do you like least?
I don't like the fact that when you send an email through NetSuite, you can't see it in your regular inbox. I would like to be able to see it there to follow everything quickly and easily

Customer status, follow orders, reports. It helps us to have wide possibilities in the system and that the whole company can collaborate at a high level

What do you like most?
I like the fact that the system is extremely customisable and can be shaped to our processes. Very rarely that the system cannot be customised as we want, and then we have a relatively complex group structure. Received good help when setting up even though I think it took a little much time. Overall, very positive about the system.
What do you like least?
Configuring the system can sometimes be quite difficult and take time. We have also had to buy some parts to get the functionality we wanted, but nothing unexpected as many companies put some functions behind paid packages. The fact that it is possible to customise so much is a bit at the expense of user-friendliness.
What business-critical problems do you feel NetSuite solves?
With Netsuite, we get system support for most of the business, focusing on finance, inventory management and CRM. I have experience of several ERPs and find it difficult to see that we would get as good an overall solution with someone else with the same formability, although several could certainly deliver a good solution.
